Contract agreement with you and ourselves
The contract between us is only created once we send you the products you ordered, and not before. If the item is not in stock you will be informed as soon as possible and other alternatives will be offered i.e different timescales or a refund.
Though we check our system frequently to try and avoid errors, things can occasionally go wrong with the ordering process. If we make a mistake we will do our best to put things right as quickly as we can, with as little inconvenience to you as possible. We do however reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time prior to dispatch, for example (but not limited to) where there is an obvious mistake in the price or product information.
All orders are made subject to these terms and conditions and we have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
We aim to deliver orders within 2 weeks however on most occasions this will be sooner.
If you order has not arrived within this time contact: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information and we will investigate further.
Returns and refunds
These are the conditions for returning products:
You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
Return items in new (re-saleable) condition with original packing and accessories.
Refunds will be credited to your payment card – not paid in cash
Anything bought from a another site must be returned according to their terms and conditions. Check the paperwork or their website site for contact details of their customer service team.
All returns must be made to the address on the contact us page. You should only return a Products after you have made contact with us.
